We believe our talented Executive Chef, Glenn T. Cinguina, is one of the finest in the area, and our restaurant and bar staff is second to none. Our innovative culinary team creates daily lunch specials for members and interesting dining specials for all occasions.

Our beautiful clubhouse offers breathtaking views of the Intracoastal Waterway from almost every area of the dining rooms.  Our upstairs Intracoastal Room is perfect for special occasions or meetings, and our spacious verandah overlooks beautiful yachts cruising by.

The Burgee Bar, with our unique sunken bar, is where members can enjoy Happy Hour, lunch or dinner in a nautical, old world yachting setting. Members are entertained on Friday nights with live music as they mingle and socialize with friends and family.

The Point Bar & Grille, located by the pool, is open for casual dining, and every Sunday you can enjoy our beautiful waterside Brunch.

About the Chef

Our new Executive Chef, Glenn Cinguina has created a fantastic dining experience for our members, their families and guests. He hails from Frenchman’s Reserve Country Club in Palm Beach working under Certified Master Chef Daniel Scannell. Chef Glenn truly knows what it takes each and every day to run a consistent and successful kitchen. “What may be good enough today may not be good enough tomorrow".

Chef Glenn comes from Westchester County, New York where he was born and raised with two brothers and two sisters and has twelve nieces and nephews. He strives each and every day to teach what he has learned in his career with others to help them be the best they can be professionally and personally. His consistent creativity and passion truly shows in the kitchen, always with the help of his kitchen brigade.

Members are thrilled to bring their guests and enjoy a fantastic dining experience, whether it’s a quick bite at lunch time in our Burgee bar, a formal dinner in our Commodore’s Lounge or a Member Event in the Main Dining Room. You never know what Chef Glenn is creating in the kitchen day to day, sometimes he’s making bread and other days he’s making homemade pasta. Everything is made from scratch with the freshiest ingredients locally and ethically sourced.
